A retreat for those who long to feel a sense of deep inner nourishment and connection.

Harriet & Kelly will guide you to deeply connect with nature, within and without. You'll root your senses and soul deeply into the nature around us in the morning's guided Forest and Nature Therapy walk. The afternoon offers an immersion into body~mind~spirit in a guided Restore & ReSource experience.

Nature & Forest Therapy Walk with Kelly Kiss

The practice of Forest Therapy is a mindful “immersion” into the space of trees, plants and the beings of the forest. Spending quiet, thoughtful time in the forest feels in many ways, like coming home to a peaceful place inside your heart.  Walking slowly over a gentle landscape (1 km or less), makes this practice accessible to people of all fitness levels, ages, and abilities. Kelly will offer you unique invitations to deepen your connect with your senses.
Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or Forest Bathing, and means "to bathe in the atmosphere of the forest”.  Bathing your senses, deepens your connection and relationship with oneself, and nature.

I would like to acknowledge the land where I am living ~the unceded territory and ancestors of the Coast Salish Peoples of Salt Spring Island and surrounding areas who continue to use and steward the lands and waters of the Salish Sea. These include the traditional land of the local Hul'qumi'num Treaty Group (Cowichan, Halalt, Lyackson, Cowichan Lake, Penelakut), and Saanich First Nations
(Tsartlip, Tseycum, and Tswaout).
