Nature has always been my greatest source of inspiration. My photography explores the landscapes, forests, birds, insects, marine life and beaches of Vancouver Island, capturing fleeting moments of light, movement and stillness. Whether it is the quiet strength of a tree, the rhythm of the ocean, or a bird passing through the sky, these images reflect my deep love for the natural world and the sense of wonder it brings. Wandering slowly through the forest or along a beach, finding a place to sit and notice the natural world—with a camera in hand—has become a newfound love of mine.

I photograph with a Nikon Z8. My images are available as paper prints or giclée prints through our gallery, Two Trees Art Gallery in Qualicum Beach, BC.

I respectfully acknowledge that Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands are the traditional and unceded
territories of the Coast Salish, Nuu-chah-nulth, and Kwakwaka’wakw Peoples.

I am deeply grateful to the Qualicum, Snaw-naw-as, and Snuneymuxw Nations, on whose lands I walk, guide, and learn.
It is an honour to live, work, and gather here.
