Saturday August 24, 2024 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Salt Spring Island (Ruckle Park or Lavender Farm, location TBD). The morning will begin with a guided forest therapy walk; the afternoon will be a guided walk with invitations created specifically to spark your playful muse—will be using watercolour paints and pencils and all supplies will be given to you to use during the workshop. Kelly is a professional artist and her creativity was reignited through the regular practice of forest bathing. Limited to 8 participants. Deadline to register August 14. Learn more.
